Terms and conditions for booking courses and trips on Sail-easy.com

These general terms and conditions apply to all services that are made available directly or indirectly online via Sail-easy.com. By accessing our website, viewing the pages, using them and / or booking a course through the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below.

The online booking service offered by us via the website are owned, managed and offered to you by Saileasy.com (the Platform) and are only offered for your personal, non-commercial use, on the following requirements. Our relationship with sailing course providers is subject to separate terms and conditions.

Through this Platform we offer an online platform where Travel Providers can offer their products and services for reservation in their professional business operations (where applicable) and where relevant visitors to the Platform can discover, search, compare and purchase or can make payment. By booking a sailing or surf course or trip, you enter into a (contractually binding) relationship with the relevant Travel Provider (s) from whom you purchase a product or service (as applicable). We will act as an intermediary between you and the Travel Provider from the time you have made your Reservation; we will send the details of your Reservation to the relevant Travel Provider (s) and we will send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Travel Provider. However, we are not liable or responsible for incorrectly entered e-mail addresses or incorrect data and have no obligation to verify these data. Saileasy sells the sailing and other courses of the sailing schools affiliated with it. The conditions for the implementation of this training at the location of the provider (the sailing school) prevail over the general conditions below, which may deviate from the general conditions of the sailing school offering.

Booking a trip / course

The booking form (the booking confirmation) states: the booking date, the destination, the price and the name of the applicant. A telephone or internet booking is also binding. A special wish, such as a diet, should be made known to the travel provider. The confirmation / invoice is addressed to the participant.

Cancellation of the trip / course

If you want to cancel the course, you can do this at the sailing school where you booked the course. They use their own cancellation conditions and can be found on the websites of the individual sailing schools. By making a booking, you agree to the relevant cancellation policy of the Travel Provider, and any additional conditions of the Travel Provider that may apply to the booked trip or course. The Saileasy does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of late arrival or cancellation.

Insurances

It is important to be well insured when you go on a holiday. Always have the policy number of your own health insurance with you, even if you have taken out travel insurance. If you have to incur medical costs during your holiday, these will first be claimed under your own health insurance and only afterwards with your travel insurance. Immediately notify the tour guide if you have lost something, because for insurance it is necessary that you report to the police. The tour guide will of course help you with this. Students are always responsible for their luggage and other belongings. Sail-easy.com is not liable for loss or theft of luggage, nor for any other damages or liabilities incurred while doing a course or travelling to or from a course.

Privacy

Saileasy respects your privacy. The privacy statement explains which personal data is processed and which rights you have.

Complaints

Any claim or complaint addressed to the Saileasy or with regard to the booking service must be submitted as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days after the planned day of use of the service.
